大量出汗后切勿用“冷”伤害身体

                                                                                                                      饮?吃冷食?冲凉水澡?
                                                                                                                    NO!这些对身体伤害都很大,
                                                                                                                  听悦悦姐姐来告诉你。
                                                                                                                  在高温环境下,活动会使身体大量
                                                                                                          出汗,汗液蒸发排泄不畅,容易造成人体热量
                                                                                                    不能及时散发,使身体维持热平衡的功能受到阻碍,
                                                                                          这时就会发生中暑。预防中暑,最重要的是避免过度劳累,并
                                                                                      及时补充水分和盐分。一旦出现头晕眼花、恶心等中暑先兆,要停
                                                                                      止活动,告诉在场的大人,如有需要立即到医院救治。
                                                                                          大量出汗后急需降温,很多同学选择喝冷饮,这对身体是极为不利
                                                                                      的。在高温环境中,皮肤、肌肉、心脏等处的血管更加舒张,但腹腔内脏的
                                                                                      血管处于收缩状态,此时胃肠道吸收能力很差。冷饮容易造成胃的幽门
                                                                                      关闭,致使大量的水分积存在胃内,让人感到胃部胀满不适或疼痛。
                                                                                          喝冷饮时,可先在口腔内含少许时间,让口腔适应一下寒冷,然
                                                                                      后慢慢进食,这样既有凉爽舒适之感,又可避免伤及脾胃。如果条
                                                                                      件许可,口渴时应喝些温开水,以免伤胃。
                                                                                          有的同学说,我不喝冷饮,冲个凉水澡可以吗?答案是否定的。
                                                                                      人体在活动状态下,体内产生的热量较多,这些热量本应向外发散。
                                                                                      此时如果突然用凉水洗澡,皮肤毛孔就会闭塞,多余的热量不易散发
                                                                                      出去,反而会感到身体更热。所以,用温水冲澡,才是健康的选择。
